We are professional holistic teachers, specialized in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Face Yoga. We work every day to promote wellbeing, body and mind. We organize events, courses, workshops and retreats to build a new idea of culture, relationships and lifestyle.
Every individual and every society has their own flow of conscience which in turn contributes in defining the history and the collective unconscious of an era. It’s not easy for an individual to perceive and conceptualize it in their everyday life, yet this continuous flow exists within us.
Through its varied means, technology has highlighted the speed of our life and imagination. It presents a simulation of reality which, for the first time, urges us to face our awareness of change both within and around us.
The new challenge awaiting in the future is to rethink and re-articulate our mental ecology.
This change forces us to sift through a new physical and mental space. It makes us take a step outside our comfort zone in order to mediate between what we perceive to be the fundamental values of our personality and what could compliment or contrast them, thereby creating limitless possibilities.
A journey towards our Evolution
Our Story
We offer physical, emotional, sensual, and intellectual experiences. We have been working with people since 2001 to build their positive motivation for growth in their life, through coaching; and since 2011 we have introduced the holistic practices: Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation and now Face Yoga. HARA PROJECT has set out to discover a new form of society. Merging local culture, and sustainability to set the stage for original and life-changing experiences. Most importantly the project is a cornerstone in the manifestation of our vision of a sustainable and responsible Italy, that can be an example of wellness development around the World.
Our vision at HARA is to promote a holistic and spiritual life, consciously responsible with Nature and with our Community. Our values are respect and modesty, simplicity, celebration through holistic experiences and culture, the cordiality between human relationships and the common benefit of our Community.
Our Mission
SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
HARA PROJECT focuses on many key areas, such as respect for nature, local sourcing, fair trade, responsible construction, material recycling, and community involvement to reach our sustainability and social responsibility objectives.
This is a project managed using measurable and accountable standards which demonstrate continuous improvement. Our goal is a totally sustainable project that is of true benefit to the community, promoting a holistic and spiritual life, and consciously accepting responsibility for Nature and our Community.
